November 17, 1990To: "the Bungee Masters," Gentlemen and ladies, thank you, thank you, thank you! Our Alaska Airline Corporation outing was a stunning success. The professionalism of your staff and organization helped to make this a truly memorable experience. I was especially pleased with how incredibly smooth the entire day went, from start to finish. Everyone in our group left happy. You should hold seminars no the "How To's" of customer service.
Many of our group members commented on the tactful skills and sensitivity of your well-trained and thoughtful staff. We were all scared, bungee jumping must beone of the most difficult fear barriers to cross. The reassuring words and steady hand of your Jump Masters definitely helped many of us through this "Rite of Passage."
The focus on detail and safety throughout every step of the activity was noticed by all of us. The comment I hear from one of our mechanical engineers on the design and quality of your equipment was not only humorous, but reassuring. She said , "these folks have more redundancies and backup in their systems than an Evelyn Wood reading course."
I wanted to take the time to send you this note of thanks. What Bungee Masters is offering people is more than a simple carnival ride filled with terror and adventure. Through the professionalism and delivery of your staff, you allowed each and every one of us present that day a 3.4 second glimpse through the window of our souls.
Sincerely, Robert Cotton Alaska Airlines
