F.A.Q. = (Frequently Asked Questions)

*How many days before my jump must I call in advance to make a reservation?

Since we run the bridge like a golf course where we have jump time slots like tee-off times, you will need to call in advance to schedule your jump reservation and secure a specific time. (Without an advance reservation we do not know for sure if you will be there, therefore we might either be fully booked up for the day or finished and gone when you show up to the bridge). During the winter months you can call in one or two days in advance. During the Spring, Summer and Fall it is best to call about a week in advance because we do sell out many of our "jump days" during the busy season. However we do save a few daily jump time reservations for last minute reservations but those are not guaranteed reservation slots.

*How much does it cost to jump?

We do require a $50 deposit (per person to reserve a jump time from "The Bridge" and we accept Visa, Master Card, Check, Money Orders or small Paleozoic woodland creatures as forms of payment). The cost is $99 (+tax = $107) for one individual to jump once or $129 (+tax = $140) for the whole enchilada. The two-jump package includes our exclusive multi-color shirt and membership into the "Dangerous Sports Club" (DSC) which affords the DSC member discounts not only at this jump site but at many of our other high jumps around the world (approximately 50 jump sites in six countries). Sorry we do not split the two-jump package between two people. Your jump deposit is per person, not per jump.

*DSC Prices!

The special prices offered for our returning Dangerous Sports Club members. If you are a DSC member (meaning that you have jumped with us before) on Your next visit the prices are: $45 (+tax) for one jump, $75 (+tax) for two jumps, $99 (+tax) for three jumps. If your bring one new jumper with you you will recieve one jump for $25 (+tax) and if you bring two new jumpers with you, you will recieve a free jump.

*Bungee Photo Option

Through the spring, summer and early fall (Memorial Day through Labor Day or May through September) there will occasionally be a commercial photographer on site. (All photography offered at the bridge is by independent photographer(s) separate from Bungee.com, LLC.)

The photographer will shoot approximately 25 photos per-jump so if you're doing the two-jump package you can get a CD of approximately 50 photos for $25.  Our photographers shoot from our exclusive photo cat-walk platform located about 15 feet under the bungee bridge, so they get a special vantage point that cannot be captured from the deck of the bridge. These are awesome photos from this vantage point as the jumper leaves the platform above the photographer and then passes through the air next to the cat-walk and then swings above the river and rapids below all the while being photographed where no one else can capture these amazing shots.

For those of you who have ever been whitewater rafting you will know that the rate for rafting "Action-Photos" is usually one-photo for $10 or three-photos for $25. So getting a CD of 50+ High-Resolution digital photos for $25 is a phenomenal value for an adventure you will remember for the rest of your life!

*What are your group rates?

GROUP RATES: $5 off either jump package with a group of five (5+) jumpers or more, $10 off either jump package with ten (10+) jumpers or more, $15 off either jump package with a group of fifteen (15+) jumpers or more and up to $20 off either jump package with a group of twenty (20+) or more.

*Do you have military rates?

Yes, we offer a military discount to all active members. We take $20 off the total price.

*Can I pay by check or credit card?

No, we do not have electricity at the bungee bridge so we have no way of verifying checks or credit cards at the bungee bridge, therefore we ONLY ACCEPT CASH on the bridge! Visit the ATM before driving out, but there is an ATM about 4 miles from the bungee bridge.

*Do you offer Tandem Jumps?

Yes, we can rig up and stage a tandem jump for you, but it is not part of our regular jumping procedures, therefore it takes much longer to set up and stage. We encourage you to do individual jumps but if you must do a tandem, we must know this in advance and each jumper will be charged the regular individual double jump fee plus we have and additional $100 tandem special rigging fee which will be added on to the jump price. It will be $380 total for a double tandem jump.

*What are the age requirements?

There is no age requirement however if you are under 18 you will need to download our registration/release form and have your parents (or legal guardians permission and signatures)

*What are the weight requirements?

All jumpers must weigh between 90 lbs. and 300 lbs.

*What days of the week do you jump?

Jumps are scheduled for most Saturday's and Sunday's starting @ NOON (by advanced reservation on a first come first serve basis). However, if you have a group size of five (5) NEW first-time jumpers or more we can jump any day of the week, returning Dangerous Sports Club (DSC) members are always welcomed! Just let us know what time and day works best for your group!

*Are the jumps weather dependent?

Yes, we jump rain or shine ,and put up canopies if it is raining. However, we will cancel jumps if we have serious lightning, heavy snow fall (inches) or an ice storm. If you have questions follow us on Twitter or call to check and see if the jump schedule has changed.

*What clothing is appropriate to wear for bungee jumping?

Any comfortable clothing is fine, you will be fitted with a rock climbing style nylon seat harness and a chest harness. Therefore, it is good to have a shirt with a collar to avoid the little "harness hickey's" on your neck from the nylon chest harness. Any footwear is fine you even have the option of jumping barefoot if you wish. Note: FYI, the jumpmasters do like it if women wear sequins, fishnet stockings and stiletto heals when they jump !

*Where is the bungee bridge?

Our privately owned 20-story bungee bridge (This is the highest jump site in the United States!), over a majestic class "V" river in the middle of a beautiful emerald green forest is south of Mt. St. Helen's, Washington (about 3 hours south of Seattle). Our private bungee bridge is only one hour north of downtown Portland, Oregon (22 miles due east of Woodland, Washington). Please click here to download a map and directions on how to get to our private bridge.

*Do you pick us up or do we meet you there?

Currently we do not have an option of picking up individual jumpers, therefore you will need to find your own transportation to the bungee bridge. However, if you do have a group of ten or more we might be able to make arrangements on a case by case basis for an additional fee.
